I'm here to help you and your family.

What happens after I call?

Whether it’s you or your family who calls me, I want to hear your story, your situation, and what you need to have in your new home.

Once I’ve gotten to know you a little better, I’ll ask you some questions, and start pulling together the details that tell me what placement would be the best. I’ll ask about finance, preferred location, level of care, add-on care, medical assessments, and insurance.

If you need to see a doctor or have additional medical tests, I will help you get that arranged.

What happens then?

While I am helping you get the above done, I am also checking local facilities that have availability and meet your requirements.


Once I have identified the best choices that have availability and meet your requirements, I will make an appointment for a tour. I can go with you on the tour if you and your family would like some additional help, but you are not obligated to bring me along.

Follow up

I will follow up with you after the tour, and also once you have selected a facility. I am always available for you.

And who pays for all this?

I never charge families who need my assistance.

I have visited every care community recommend and maintain relations with the staff and knowledge of the service.

 

Fees are 100 percent covered by the care communities I work with.
